与毒品有关的控罪

Just because you are found in a marijuana grow operation or are arrested with drugs on your person, it does not mean that you do not have a defence.  Regularly and with good success, we can challenge the search warrants, the grounds for your arrest, and searches of you or your vehicle.  Depending on the police conduct, often the drugs will be excluded from the evidence at your trial.

In cases of marijuana grow operations, we often obtain favorable results even where clients are found inside the residence with the marijuana.  With legal arguments, we are able to raise a reasonable doubt that the person knew about the marijuana or had control of the operation.
